The Arnprior & District Historical Society was formed in 1978 to disseminate historical information and awaken interest in the past. Collection consists of the following series: Scrapbook and signature books (1958 - 1992); Museum and Library Centennial Project (1963 - 1966); Speeches Presentations and Programs (1985 - 1988); Awards (1984 - 1991); Minutes and Agendas (1989 - 1993); Administrative and Internal Business (1978 - 1994); Oral History Tapes (1977 - 1990).
