Donald Stewart ( 1829 - 1883 ) was born in Beckwith Township. He moved to Waba in
the 1840s and become one of the owners of Stewart Brothers Enterprise; he served as Reeve
of McNab Township (1863; 1869 - 1875) and County Warden in 1875. Collection consists of
mostly McNab Township business correspondence addressed to Donald Stewart as well as some
documents pertaining to his father and brother.
